Publisher & developer not populated #100

I have tried multiple online scrappers and also used the local TXT file parser. 
 In both cases despite the publisher and developer info being available it does 
not seem to be imported.

If, however, I edit the NFO directly and import via "local nfo" then the 
publisher and developer do get populated.

I am currently using 0.9.7 on Win7.

I have to check. I know there is an issue that publisher and developer are not 
written to the nfo files since last version. But I thought they should be 
imported to the DB when you use online scraping.

I will come back on this issue when I start working on RCB again (needed some 
more days off for other stuff).
