Cannot scrape new games in collection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import a new collection
2. While it is importing, hit cancel
3. Try to re-import the collection

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting to have the scraper find new games. Instead, it only scans in 
the games up until the point I cancelled previously

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RCB 2.0.10 on Windows 7 Professional 32 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried deleting the collection and re-adding with no luck, even if I 
delete the config. My next guess is to remove and re-add the addon all 
together, but I wanted to report the issue first.
