Did you try to run the commands from command line?
call "C:\XMBC Content\Games\Emulation\Emulators\1 NES\Jnes.exe" -m "C:\XMBC
Content\Games\Emulation\ROMs\2 NES ROMs\Legend of Zelda.nes"
call "C:\XMBC Content\Games\Emulation\Emulators\4 N64\Project64.exe" -m
"C:\XMBC Content\Games\Emulation\ROMs\4 64 ROMs\Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of
Time.z64"

Not sure. I would just follow the instructions of setting up RCB in XBMC but
the game would not start. Since the command prompt would briefly come up then
try to launch the game I would think the application I was using to launch the
game was using command to launch the game, some script? Also, since I posted
this issue I have since re-installed XBMC (now Gotham 13.0) as well as the
latest RBC.
Since the new releases and updates, I can now start NES but havenn't tried the
others, however, starting the game minimizes XBMC and doesn't jnes fullscreen.

I've tried NES, SNES, GEN, and N64 emulators and they all work fine without
closing out so the initial issue that I posted has been solved thanks to either
Gotham/RCB update. I'll start two new issues of failure to show artwork for
each game and failure to prevent XBMC from exiting fullscreen and starting
emulator in window.
