When RCB is launched, (running) appears next to title the nothing occurs #189

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install RCB
2. Navigate to RCB in scripts folder
3. LAunch RCB

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect RCB to be launched and see the first screen when loaded however 
nothing happens when launched

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XBOX 1.4 XMBC 3.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Attempting a workaround to the issue I also performed a second install separate 
to this issue by ftp'ing the files over then launching RCB from programs which 
throws up a different error. Here is the log for this issue:
