Missing info & artwork - random games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure following wizard prompts; platform, directories, etc
2.Online scrape finishes successfully (?)
3.Only 2 or 3 items in collection show info or artwork. When RCB is restarted, 
it will show info & artwork for different games, but always only 2 or 3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see info and artwork for all games in collection. Instead, only 2 or 
3 items in collection show info or artwork. When RCB is restarted, it will show 
info & artwork for different games, but always only 2 or 3

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WINDOWS 8.1
KODI 14.2 Helix
RCB 2.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Troubleshooting steps:

Reinstall RCB +service
Reinstall Kodi
Initial scrape: Online
Secondary scrape: Local nfo +artwork
Try different platform: Same results

I came across this and resolved it by goign into RCB Addon Settings > Browse 
Games and making sure everything was checked except for "Prevent Unfiltered 
Search"
