Suggestion: Import games without art first, then scrape

I think the experience could be improved immensely, if RCB imported just the 
filenames first. Then you could use RBC as soon as you finish setting it up, 
you wouldn't have art at first but you could at least browse the filenames and 
launch the emulators.

Then RBC could scrape game art while you are away, or perhaps while you are 
playing a game, in the background.

Or you could return the RBC and pick an option later (if doing it in the 
background is a difficult change to implement) when you want to take a break 
from using the computer.
