What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install RCB
2. Attempt to run it
3. Submit SPN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The program should work in some manner

Seems that you already have an older installation of RCB (< 0.6.1?) and it 
tries to update an old database.

You should delete (or rename if you would like to have a backup) your old 
MyGames.db: 
"C:\Users\xbmc\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\addon_data\script.games.rom.collect
ion.browser\MyGames.db"
