Create basic dashboard interface #1

This dashboard should display some basic data points like:

[x] number of parts in inventory
[ ] list of parts (linked to each part listing)
[ ] project count
[x] list of projects (linked)

So far we have a basic dashboard interface in which we can add parts either individually or through a structured CSV file. We can also add basic listings for projects to include name, desc, and a link to the GitHub repository. Some additional work will be needed to assign parts to projects, and to do queried searches for projects that use parts.
