Add support to view individual project details #2

Right now we can just look at a list of projects and it would be good to make it so we can pull up a projects entire details. Here are some things that we want to see on the specific product page:

[ ] view parts associated with project
[x] add new parts to a project
[ ] add files (upload data sheets for example)
[ ] add picture/image of project
[x] add build button which takes a quantity as an argument and subtracts the number of parts used from global inventory

Currently we have a parts list. It's not a great parts list, but it is one. Need to do some of the following things to make it better:

[ ] Make part list unique so it doesn't auto increment
[ ] make it so you can't add to an unselected project, blank part, etc.. (no empty entries)
[ ] fix edit/delete buttons to actually work
