Restyle accordian links #1

From Sgt Morrison - Is it possible to make the bottom 5 just like the top 6 in format - I like the style of the top 6

What's the best way to go about doing this? I think the accordions work pretty well, especially given there are multiple links per category.

We could put each link from the accordion into it's own icon/link. Alternatively, we could have the new icons open modal popups with the relevant links.

I have not looked at why the links style differently on the phone but I think it is that look that is important to Sgt Morrison. My thought was to use active for whichever one was clicked then display the links below it as they are now but then also possibly restyle them as well like the ones at the top with some margin to keep the others separate when on a larger screen.
