[docs] README / add instructions to enable js google maps #120

We ran into some problems getting the app running, so we ran into this issue with google maps api key.

Heya @Sporky023, I would love to get those instructions for getting JS maps up and running, but I think the code you pushed was about getting the IDs into the README.

Going to close this pull, since I think it'll be easier for you to push the correct branch and re-open a new pull.
