Update dependencies #174

I though initially that webpack-cli supports both version 4 and 5 but turns out it doesn't. I choose to update webpack instead. The webpack.config.js was no longer automatically used and had to be specified manually in the build:sketch scripts of the three Assistants.

Might be worth confirming that the three Assistants when built locally are still working when added to Sketch.

They work fine for me but I'll have another QA run as part of the version release.
