I had to allow blender to communicate through my windows firewall. (Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall\Allowed apps)

1 year ago I have been unable to sign in to my SketchFab account. When I enter my password, it says that my password is incorrect. I believe the problem is that SketchFab changed the requirements for the password and my old password does not fulfill these requirements. However, when I try to reset, I never receive the email that is supposed to be sent to my email address. I have tried multiple times over several months and, yes, I have checked the spam inbox. SketchFab's support is set up so that you have to sign in on order to submit a support ticket and so problems with signing in cannot be resolved. Not helpful. In the meantime I am unable to access my library of scans. I found this thread and am hoping that someone can help me.

1 year ago SketchFab is not allowing me to login but when I attempt to reset my password, I never receive the email (yes, I check spam). How can I resolve this since SketchFab requires one to sign in in order to contact support. I am unable to access my library of scans.

1 year ago Sorry about that, regarding submitting a support ticket while being unable to sign in, you can always email support@sketchfab.com and the email verification process is totally separate and you’ll be able to talk to us.
Can you share your Sketchfab profile URL and I’ll take a look?
As a workaround, you can download the glTF version of any model and import it into Blender locally. This is essentially all the plugin is doing.
