Also having this exact issue - nearly had a heart attack when i couldn't open the level i've been working on for aaaaages!

This happened when i restarted my PC - if i even touch the assets now then I get booted out of the project. Going to try disabling the project and see if that has any impact but if you find out any more info or have resolved this issue please let me know.

PS: Only seems to happen with free assets, perhaps ones with a strange importing option.

Also happens with bought items. I get the same error with every imported asset

I imported multiple items and experienced the same error on one asset when restarting unreal engine.

Maybe has to do with how the plugin is doing the importing.
