unable to install sketch-measure #74

Version: 0.6.0

Steps:

Result: Sketchpacks will send a notification that sketch-measure failed to install

Expected: Sketch measure correctly installs

NOTE: sketch-measure is not detected when it is already installed.

NOTE: sketch-measure can not be installed from within Sketchpacks as well and NO failure notification is sent

This one is a little scary, it may be happening for other plugins as well

Turns out this was due to installing old versions of sketch-measure via commit SHAs. Please ignore
