Sketchpacks app does not identify manually installed plugins

version: 0.6.0-rc.5

steps:

• start sketchpacks app
• go to managed plugins section
• manually download and install a plugin outside of sketchpacks

results: Sketchpack app managed plugin page will not show the newly installed plugin When you restart Sketchpacks app, the plugin will be shown. Users who leave the app running will need to restart the app to see these changes.

expected: Sketchpacks app displays and notifies when a plugin is manually installed
