Sync library on startup #34

I believe the library should sync on startup. Why doing it automatically?

I prefer not too. Most of the time there is no reason to sync, its a waste of processing power and battery life to do it on every startup. I have one tablet that's horrible with battery, so making it not crawl for new files, then comparing the current library for any comics that may have been deleted helps it. I think I can loose 1% of power using sync with that old tablet.
