Need integrate logging libraries and frameworks for Back-end API pods/worker pods/web app server pods and BD pods so that issues can be identified and monitored once the service is live!

Those are good options, need to check their free plans. But I would prefer something which we can deploy on-premise as well removing any external dependencies.
