From John: in the $expand operations, we may have specified an invalid number of concepts that we expect.

Validating this using the SNOMED CT Browser as the authoritative reference implementation of ECL.

For <<126713003, Snowstorm yields 265 concepts when run against 2021-01-31.

For <<126713003MINUS<<92196005, 197 concepts are in the subset.
