async, dateformat and ejs moved from "devDependencies" to "dependencies" #8

Hi, this will allow automatic dependencies installation. Currently I have to install them in my app manually in order to use the plugin. Please consider merging and releasing. Thanks!

P.S. Package.json is re-formatted so much by npm after "npm install --save", sorry for that

resolve conflict. make minimum changes possible. please create another pull request.
