Per capita values in E10 and E11 #23

National per capita values are supposed to be the national average, however, in sheets E10 & E11 the calculated value for TOTAL is the sum of averages per decile for CONCENTRATION PER CAPITA (LCU) and for CONCENTRATION PER CAPITA (US PPP DOLLARS).
