+ Add App Center Distritube Service #1

Just adding this as a reminder for me to watch.

This could really help what we are looking for distributively. (Tester / Release)

If you need help in this I can lend a hand once you point me in the right direction

Why did you remove distribute in https://github.com/skhye05/nativescript-app-center/commit/314507cf1d87dab678a8d48828e84e5770756e70 ?

@ndcunningham I am still doing some testing around for the distribution services. I haven't yet fully work on it. I focused on the crashes and analytics services first and will attempt the distribution next and the push later on. thus the reason why I removed it, but once it tested and functional I will publish and i wouldn't mind an hand.
