Please add option for manually inputting geographic location #38

Before everything was fine. But I reinstalled this plugin and now it doesn't let me choose the geolocation despite having no restrictions on it. So a simple way to fix that would be to allow manually setting the location.

I found the issue, geo.enable must be on also. Although this is the solution, it would be nice to be able to set it manually for people who don't want this option to be ever enabled.
