Combat Functionality #41

This issue is going to be used to keep everyone updated on the information that we, Combat team, needs in order to move forward. We will also post here to request information/types/explanations from other teams. Stay tuned and let's get ready to rumble!

Please note that our Action.hs has changed to ActionOptions.hs and the module has been updated to reflect that change. Our primary export function will be doBattle where whoever calls it will simply give us two units (a "hero" and an "enemy" unit IN THAT ORDER)
