Some options for tools to use for package documentation. Everyone please review and comment.

• JSDuck, used for Ext.js: https://github.com/senchalabs/jsduck
• Docco, minimalistic but a favorite of many javascript libraries: http://jashkenas.github.io/docco/

The last 2 are perhaps the closest to Java style documentation
