why does this include the "Quaxe Reborn Part 2", thats from may and not really something that should get much attention imo.

Because every comment I created before https://github.com/skial/haxe.io/issues/307#issuecomment-224816367 are items I forgot to include in r364, which was meant to cover the previous month or so, not a single week.

It wouldn't have been fair to simply ignore them, also updating r364 after release would have meant they would have had less eyeballs on them, so including them this week gives everyones work an equal showing.

Good point, I'll have to think how to indicate that an item is older than the period being covered, like this week, when multiple items are under different headings. But if it's one or two, I can just say at the beginning of the roundup.
