And if so do you still have PSM Developer app installed? And.. do you have other PSM Games purchased and installed on your device? need to know its important for archival reasons, if you have these it may be possible to archive and play these games again. on all PSVita's !

And did you ever use PSM on Android? if so do you have that dev app installed still? and the app keys in PSM Publishing Utility?
