I downloaded the Linux package from the download page, and it gave me an
error instead of the splash screen.  Apparently the expected Icons just
don't exist.  Everything works fine after that.

This is fixed now.

The help files were also missing and that has been fixed too.

New download file available.

The new download file is there, but the link from openstv is still to the
non-existent old file.
