Tray Icon click tweak #19

On clicking on system tray, If the window is not minimized, attempt to bring it to foreground.

Would it be possible to do the same with the Taskbar Icon? I'm not sure if its because of how I have my Skiff installed on a drive that is not the same as the OS but when Skiff Minimizes to the System Tray, if I click the Skiff Taskbar Icon a duplicate Skiff app will launch (there will be multiple instances of the system tray icon if this is reproduced many times) so I can imagine the same type of Fix should work and be applied with Taskbar button. Thanks

That is because you're actually launching the app again. Could be fixed by implementing unique instance if @amilich agrees.
