Feature: Interactive Installer (livecd)

Add a new package which produces a livecd for the target. The livecd image will be bootable with a single partition (without persistent storage or even the normal SkiffOS partition layout).

Similar to other distros, it will allow you to:

• format / configure a disk with a partition layout
• flash bootloader
• update existing SkiffOS system without modifying persistent data
• select which layout type is desired (single or multi-partition)
• configuring WiFi networks, SSH keys, pull public keys from GitHub, etc.
• select which Skiff Core defconfig to use
• customize Skiff Core config (additional users, containers, images)

Additionally a website with a form to configure these options + request a build from the SkiffOS incremental build infrastructure, to get a pre-configured installer ISO (for headless devices).
