host: building on macos, either in docker or directly #146

This issue tracks trying to test this out on MacOS and fix issues with docker-build and/or directly building. Direct build on MacOS is not expected to work yet due to differences in sed and other tools that Buildroot uses.

Docker build /should/ work but may have filesystem incompatibilities and difficulties flashing the final build.

This can now be done with Lima - Linux on Mac.
