Fixed host-mkbootimg not being referenced in Config.in.host

Merged numerous fixes,

There are lots of features disabled in the (very old & buggy) ModalAI kernel that is in use currently.

These can be enabled again in future & tested. Hopefully we can upgrade to a more recent kernel first.
