Update README with additional Qemu info #249

Added additional buildroot config info for running QEMU for different architectures (example is RISCV).

The doc for running QEMU for different architectures didn't include a config needed to compile genimage that is needed to build the image.

@clayauld Thanks! I'll merge - but I'm going to add these options to virt/qemu so it doesn't need to be specified manually in a follow-up commit.
