docs: Building on MacOS #299

It's now possible & straightforward to build on MacOS using llima.

Add a helper script which sets up a lima environment with the necessary dependencies installed + drops the user into the shell within the SkiffOS repository directory.

Note that this involves editing lima's yaml configuration to add a writeable mount path for the repository.

Addressed in #310 and added build/lima/lima.yaml
