White screen overlay after open some apps (just wait ~ 20seconds it will disappear)

after start of specific apps white overlay is shown for some time

This happens for me with DgKey, Fish Flingers, Meg and I assume more.

While waiting for the while screen to go away technically does work, it instantly goes back to being a white screen after it goes away sooo...
