updated dependencies #126

  1. Removed instructions because @storybook/addon-notes is outdated. we need to choose new way of specs https://storybook.js.org/docs/react/writing-docs/introduction or maybe use custom frontmatter or smth
  2. removed addon-knobs for same reasons
  3. updated scripts and templates.
  4. Updated browserlist according https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/commit/9e1768c01ceb86a4e7cec4f3c0ac05f8d28e3210
