Use nginx-unit instead of nginx+php-fpm

• comment out nginx and use skilldlabs/php:81-unit image instead of php-fpm
• reconfigure php container, add extra xx-php.ini settings file for local overrides
• update restart of php
• fix make info - this PR or https://github.com/skilld-labs/skilld-docker-container/pull/430 should be commited first and fixed

Probably fix for make info should be moved to separate PR as SDC is broken after 1376d1e88
