[Bug] Unexpected Behavior when Clicking on "Pages" #100

Summary

I am on the first step of "Enabling Github Page", and the output is not what I expected to see. Do we have to create a domain first?

How to reproduce

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click on 'Page'
  3. See error

Let me answer my own question: The "settings" for the repo is different from the "settings" for the user. Oops!
