Corrected the grammar of the last point of recap for completion of the GitHub Pages skill course.

Summary

An opportunity to improve grammatical correctness and clarity as to the 4th bullet point within the Content Style Guide.

"Consistency and grammatical correctness are important, but not as important as clarity and meaning."

Changes

This pull request makes no extensive changes beyond the grammar of a bulleted sentence.
