Summary

resolves #42 Make it more clear that the skills/publish-packages exercise uses classic tokens.

Changes

Add content to Step 4 to make it clear classic tokens are what was intended.

Closes: #42

For what it's worth, this PR will have merge conflicts with #49, but I'm more than happy to iron those out if/when I need to. Thank you!
