The program 'mupen64plus' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadRequest (invalid request code or no such operation)'.
  (Details: serial 14 error_code 1 request_code 139 minor_code 66)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

Describe the problem:
I have installed ATI RADEON HD 4x for accelerated my devices. After that, I
would like to open GoldenEye [E] and the program crash. In the top it is the
message from console.

Sry, but your installation of mupen64plus is completely ruined. Please cleanup
it and either use 1.99.x or 1.5 (not both together). The API was changed
between 1.5 and 1.99.x and therefore the plugins are incompatible. The crash
could be related (or something completely different).

A small tool which might help you in finding some of the problematic files:
cruft

Unfortunately, the user did not provide any further information or reply to
debug this further. It is not reproducible on any of my systen.
