Planned tests I will do #25

My plans for conversions to do / and tes (update to Planned tests I will do · Issue #25 · skinkie/reference (github.com))t:

Most probably go Step 1: (a) GTFS -> EPIP or (b) NeTEX xxx  EPIP Step 2: EPIP  GTFS Step 3 (I wil do that):

I have as input: • GTFS CH • NeTEX CH • GTFS Flixbus, GTFS Blablacar • NeTEX SNCF • GTFS DE • NeTEX IT (different regions)

I guess you did a lot of other conversions. Then showing them would be helpful. We also have to discuss how Alex is involved.

Also, stuff like README, wiki etc needs to be done. I can do that partially.

Later: • NeTEx EPIP => SIRI ET/PT • GTFS Flex (CH) <=> NeTEx demand responsible (CH)

In the current round I have not troubles in writing small .py or scripts that run those things from pycharm (download, transform etc).
