color multiple tabs all at once #153

It would be good if we could quickly color all of the tabs with the same name 
the same color all throughout a simulation. It would remove a lot of tedious 
work.

Maybe a page with a pulldown list for all of the tabs, a color selector, and 
additionally options to change it for all actor or a select group of actors.
