add ability to fire 'salvo' of injects #54

some injects, such as info to the UN guy, and information to the NATO gal,
go hand in hand. So adding the ability to group them and fire off a bunch
in concert (to their respective default recipients) will save the
instructor time during a simulation so they can focus their thoughts on
responding to player actions
