pull-zendesk-forum.rb Errno::ECONNREFUSED #2

Hello skipjac,

When running the "pull-zendesk-forum.rb" script recommended in support article https://support.zendesk.com/entries/46987156-Back-up-your-Zendesk-forums-to-your-local-hard-drive-Web-portal- I received the error shown in the attached screen-shot “Forums-backup_script_error.jpg”. I contacted Zendesk Support as detailed in the attached email thread “Tech_Support_Email_Page_1.jpg”, “Tech_Support_Email_Page_2.jpg”, “Tech_Support_Email_Page_3.jpg”, and they recommended that I contact you. If you suspect that installation of the official Zendesk Ruby Client from https://github.com/zendesk/zendesk_api_client_rb will fix the error let me know and I can arrange it. What needs to be done to prevent the error in the attached screen-shot?

The script was written before ruby gem was created. I will look into it, but looks like Zendesk is refusing the connection. On Jun 27, 2014 12:23 PM, "gmoorezen" notifications@github.com wrote:
