I'm not able to retrieve the artifact from https://templemore.co.uk/repo/

Sorry, documentation error. The repository should be http://templemore.co.uk/repo and not https.

OK, editing the issue... ;-)

@skipoleschris Maybe http://templemore.co.uk/repo/ is the only one that works now, but consider making https work as well (and only option), and no self-signed certs, but proper CA signed; otherwise consider publishing to Maven Central via Sonatype OSS repo.
