Trouble adding plugin to Emby #2

Can you add a readme with exact steps on how to add this plugin to Emby and to get it to work correctly this looks very promising.

Hi @vendza.

Thanks for your feedback, I'll make sure to update the readme.

Adding the plugin should be pretty straight forward. Just add the dll to your plugin-folder and restart Emby. Once the plugin has been added, you can add multiple m3u8 playlists from the plugin configuration page and choose whether the playlist contains tv-shows or movies. When the url has been added just re-index your library if it hasn't done so automatically - and the VOD-files will be added to your library including IMDB details etc.

Please note: this plugin hasn't been tested and MIGHT not be compatible with the latest version of Emby. Also I think it's only compiled for the x64 version. If you experience issues, you can always look in the Emby log-file.

I've added a new version that fixes some of the incompatibility issues with the latest version of emby.
