Royal Netherlands Navy logo: clear usage, remove or preferably replace #1

@amark mentioned the usage of the RNN logo was probably not allowed. Having only two logos in the "used by" strip looks poor though, so either clear the rights or replace it with something else.

Replaced with https://iris.to/, which is a much better fit for the "the database for freedom fighters" claim. Closing.
