Since many of the bot's features involves transforming or returning some input somehow, we should check our output so that we don't incriminate our bot of doing a swore.

Yes.

I think plugins fall into the two. Reactionsry plugins. React to messgaws based on regex (conflicting regexes must be taking into account, ignore second plugin sharing same regex oerhaps).

And then additive or filterkng plugins that fi alize a message before passing it off.
