Here is no tool (or no link to tool) to burn BIOS into board.

The BIOS flash method depends on the hardware used. For Xi 8088 please use xiflash-0.1.tar.gz For Micro 8088 and NuXT, the uflash should work For most boards you can use a hardware Flash ROM / EPROM programmer
